• Are the raw materials used in the products harmful to health?

 No, the paint, glue, and varnish used are water-based. The final coat of varnish is EN71-III (Safety for Children's Toys) certified.

• How do we hang your products on the wall? Especially heavy items.

 Our products are available with different hanging systems. You can view the hanging video by scanning the QR code included in the hanging system package.

• Is there a showroom where I can see your products?

Yes, you can see our products and even see the production process in our workshop at the contact address.

• Do you work on a project-based or custom size or color basis?

Yes, we offer project-based work. Custom sizes and colors are available.

• How does your delivery process work?

Your order will be shipped within 7 business days of placing your order. You can also pick it up at our workshop if you prefer. Special packaging is used to prevent damage during shipment.

• Which payment method can we use?

 You can pay securely by credit card or money order/EFT.

• Can you create a custom design?

Yes, we can produce a design you have in mind, a pre-designed project, or a visualization, if we can collaborate and create it.

• Where do you ship your products?

 We can ship domestically or internationally.

• The product I received is faulty/defective. What should I do?

If there is any fault or defect in the product you received, you must contact us within 7 business days of receipt to notify us. Return the product in the same condition as you received it, with the invoice included in the package, with the product's return receipt. Once the product has been received, we will process your request as directed.
