United States

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact info@desyhane.com within 7 business days of delivery and include your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund your purchase. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

European Union and United Kingdom

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To begin, send us a clear statement by email to info@desyhane.com. We will provide the return instructions and refund you as required by law.

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, including custom sizes, colors, text and designs, are not eligible for withdrawal unless they are damaged or defective.

Custom orders

Custom and personalized items are final sale once your design is approved. If a custom item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or refund your purchase.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 6 hours of purchase by emailing info@desyhane.com.
